BIO. 

Destiny Diggs is a young pioneer and trailblazer, that has become one of the world’s culture changers in entertainment and philanthropy. Her influence around the globe has impacted the lives of thousands globally, with integrity, class, and elegance. Destiny Diggs is known as a media communicator and influencer in many circles, but she is also known for her tremendous philanthropy work in the Tri- State area. When Destiny was the tender age of eight-years-old her new beginning began. She started volunteering at a few inner-city outreach organizations feeding and clothing the homeless and served at the Ronald McDonald House in Camden, New Jersey, preparing meals and providing art therapy to caretakers of family members that faced critical health conditions. It was very apparent that Destiny was a pioneering leader, making a serious impact in the earth and indeed she continued the work when she turned twenty-one years old.

While in college, Destiny desired in her heart to start a business called YoungBlackSuccessful, LLC. This program was designed to assist young adults in achieving their goals with great precision and efficiently, ensuring that they also work on character. Through coaching and strategic planning, each mentee is educated in career advancement and learn how to navigate their way into their desired field of study and provided the opportunity to experience internships, professional development conferences, and a career that they have built from the program. Destiny’s ultimate objective and mission is for others to receive quality mentorship similarly to what she was fortunate to experience, in radio and television.

Since starting her own business Destiny Diggs has also been sought after to work with various media platforms, religious institutions, and non-profit community organizations. She hails from a musical family. Her father, Gary Diggs, is a veteran producer, songwriter, keyboardist, worship leader, and session musician. Her uncle James Viner, Founder of Tri-State Mass Choir, and grandmother, Patty Russell, was the leader of the 1960s R&B group, Patty & The Emblems, who are best-known for their Top 40 smash, “Mixed-Up, Shook-Up Girl.”

However, Destiny Diggs has already made her own incredible impact in the music industry. She’s wholeheartedly committed to the ministry of gospel music. She is Vice President of Network Programming at the Multi-Stellar Award-winning network, Reach Gospel Radio that reaches 20 markets and Canada.

In her role as Vice President, Destiny expanded the network’s playlist while maintaining a balance between vintage and contemporary music styles. Destiny’s done so well as Reach Gospel’s Music Director that after two years, the Station Owner installed her as the network's Vice President in 2023. Aside from her work on air and in the executive suite, Destiny’s been active in a variety of community programs. She was also the former Executive Director of the Delaware County Pregnancy Center and Communications, Youth, Students, and Young Adults Director at several respected, thriving ministries across the Greater Philadelphia area.

Destiny brings passion and a deep knowledge of music, as well as a heart, to the gospel music community. She is a multi-award-winning radio host, a two-time Stellar Award Recipient, and a 2024 Stellar Award Gospel Announcer of the Year Nominee. At just 28 years old, Destiny Diggs is the youngest to be nominated for the Stellar Award’s Gospel Announcer of the Year and is the youngest programmer in gospel radio to date. In addition to, serving as the Vice President of Network Programming she is host of the popular show, “Say So Radio Show with Destiny.” She hosted the historical, “All Night Gospel Radio Show with Destiny” for Beasley Broadcasting Group for eight years. Destiny’s over 13 years of radio experience has garnered trust from some of the industry’s elite. She has interviewed notable talent such as: Rickey Smiley, CeCe Winans, Twinkie Clark, Karen Clark-Sheard, Adam Blackstone, Donald Lawrence, PJ Morton, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Maurette Brown-Clark, Erica Campbell, Travis Greene, Jonathan McReynolds, David and Tamela Mann, William Murphy, Jekayln Carr, LaTocha, Ricky Dillard, MAJOR, Dawkins & Dawkins, James Fortune, Doe, and more!

In May 2023, Destiny launched “The Young Black Successful Podcast with Destiny,” committed to learning the story behind the success, highlighting game changers in entertainment and entrepreneurship. Her podcast and business were recently featured on NBC as one of the most trusted outlets for entrepreneurs.

In all the success that Destiny has accomplished at a young age, she is still very much committed to preserving and protecting the legacy of the gospel genre, and coaching others in broadcast journalism, business, leadership, and pursing purpose. Destiny is a true gem traveling as far as Sydney, Australia and Madrid, Spain motivating, speaking, and inspiring individuals, with the intention of building the next generation of pioneering leaders and artists in gospel music.

Recently, Destiny birthed D’Garia Music Agency, an entity of D’Garia Music Group Inc., the new generation’s plug to gain momentum for a rewarding music career and legacy for the future. D’Garia Music Agency is a full-service organization, advocating for artists through management, strategic brand development, production, distribution, radio servicing, and beyond. D’Garia Music Agency has partnerships with some of the industry’s most trusted, decorated experts and is dedicated to move gospel music forward!

Destiny has received many accolades and awards from her hometown, Camden, New Jersey such as a proclamation from the City of Camden and recognized as a young pioneer in the areas of entrepreneurship and communications. In 2024, she became a Marquis Who’s Who in America inductee. Destiny is also a member of Dr. Teresa Hairston-Jackson’s, Gospel Industry Coalition and is a member of The Stellar Music Academy (SAGMA) and is a Gospel Committee member for the Gospel Music Association (The Dove Awards). Additionally, Destiny is a 2025 inductee in The Gospel Music Hall of Fame. However, with all her accomplishments and acknowledgments there is only one thing that she desires more than anything and that is to change the culture for the Kingdom one person at a time.
